MIMIC Matching your vocal speed and vocal quality of the person you are talking to creates an immediate bond and vocal appeal. If your prospects talks fast, speed up your pace, if you prospect is a low talker lower your voice. TIP #2. SMILE Starting with a smile on your face before answering your phone or making a marketing call can enhance your vocal appeal and your delivery. TIP #3. ASSUME THE POSITION When sitting sit with a posture that creates a positive strong impact and that will surely come thru in your voice. TIP #4. RECORD YOURSELF Listening to how you sound, really sound, is to your benefit because it gives you a more objective view of how people are perceiving you.
