Hi,

I am working with a FMCG company as a Manager HR for the sales and i have Banking experience this field is new to me ..hence I require the help of the Senoirs...

Can any one answer me ???? PLZ

and What are the steps taken by the HR in incresing the productivity of the Field Agents.???

Kindly help me in understand this concept.

Arti,

Your question is very much generic in nature, and I am sure the answers would run to pages. To begin with identify the past records of the agents and verify their targets. Analyze whether the given targets are achievable. The past records would clearly give you an idea.

Set up a benchmark for every agent and a score card. A couple of motivational programs would increase the productivity aspect, not only for field agents, implies to all verticals and divisions.

Hi Arti,

One of the best ways to increase the productivity of the Field staff is constant monitoring.

Preperation of Activity report by the agents and monitoring of the same by the Organisation against larger targets (which should be double the actual capability of the agent). This will put pressure on them. There after reward them in proportion to their achievement above 50% of the set target. Why this?. THis will actually make the field agents stretch their creativity and capability. Fact that you have wnatedly set double your plan as target should never be know to any one except you and your boss.
