| There are foreign companies based in countries like UK /US seek representatives in India for their products The reason for a hiring a represntative is to fasten up the money transfer proceeds which the representative collects from the foreign based companies customers here in India for exchange of the companies goods and also another reason for taking representative services is because these foreign companies are not legally registered and hence cannot open bank account in India. The steps involved in this work are as follows: 1. Receive payment from Customers 2. Then Cash PaymPayment at our Bank(i.e representatives bank) 3. Deduct some percentage amount which will be a form of salary and commission( to the representative) for the Payments processed 4. Forward balance after deduction of percentage/pay to any of the offices that these companies want the payment to be sent to.(Payment trasfer mode via Western Union ). What kind of a account(personal/company)is to be opened here in India to process payment transactions. Please help Thanks. It is very difficult for trading company's to understand who is scammers and who is doing genuine business. We simply get attracted towards low price offer.
