1. Backend support to hiring
2. Provide Payroll inputs
3. Maintain/update HR database
4. PeopleSoft updation
5. Statutory Compliance's
6. Take care of Joining Formalities of new recruits
7. Leave and attendance maintenance. . Desired Profile - Strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Good presentation skills. Analytical problem solving skills
- Should be high on learning curve, grasping and checking employee demands.
- Ability to build conversation and should have good convincing skills
- Adaptability to change and multitask.
- Ability to moderate between the employee aspirations and performance levels.
