Career as an sales trainer

Hello everyone

I am very much new to this site. So thought to ask a question in which i want seek my career.

Currently i am working with an life insurance company as an sales manager. I am very much interested in making my carrier as an trainer.... Is 1 year exp is enough to be an sales trainer??

Which are the skills required to be an sales trainer??? I am having around 1 year exp in sales of life insurance. Apart from my exp i have also completed MBA.

1.conceptual or technical knowledge
2.sales process knowlege
3.training skills (communicational, public speaking, presentational skills etc)
4.a real time expereince in sales (you alredy have it)

Hi - I would say that you it might be a little too soon as experience helps a lot. However, if you have previous experience of training then that would be to your advantage.
