| these days interviews are not really based on challenging your academic knowledge but testing your communication skills......the following points may help..... 1)CLOTHES (wear some clothes which are neat, ironed and suits your personality the best.....u just need to look really decent......the first thing that they notice is your dressing sense) 2)CONFIDENCE (when u r still waiting to face the interview don't sit there tensed and don't start shaking your legs and fingers....sit confidently as you are sitting at your own home ..but sit straight) 3)always answer the questions in sentences and not single words.... 4)while speaking speak confidently (remember one thing that the person in front of u is not god but a human so he's no bigger than u r .....and if u require the job he requires a person to work for him ...so be confident) 5)tell him that u r very friendly nature and can work under anyone or can lead anyone when required........ 6)your speech doesn't really need to be very formal....u can be a bit informal as well...(but only a bit informal) 7)tell them something about yourself which is different from rest of the applicants so that they give u the job instead of them (I am a hard worker, i can help the company to great heights...these things r outdated.....never tell that u can make the company no. 1....as u alone cant do it....) hope i helped u ...........all the best for the interview.....
