Hi..

First i want to say thanks to CiteSales for the kind of members it has. I get ample inputs from different posts.
I've joined a US based company who are into HR solutions(psychometrics), as Asst Manager - Marketing. I badly need some inputs or the methods of getting them.
1. How can i get the Total HR Market size (india)?
2. How the market can be segmented (india)?
3. Market Growth projections.
4. Challenges & opportunities

Please help me in getting these details as i have to prepare a ppt and submit to the director.

You need to segment the market first.Then start marketing in that

particular area.
