Thanks & regards, Prasanna.A.T, Bangalore Hi Prasanna, Your CV needs a lot of modification. Please start with work than education thats basic, No one is bothered about your education as long as they find your experience interesting except few compnies who stress on qualification. You have very little experience in too many companies, thats ok but mention very critical responsibilities, you really dont have to worry your profile is very good. Have 4 points or just a little more in the job description. it looks too populated, no one will bother to read leave something for the interview make the interviewer want to listen to mor than just reading everything and listening the same from you during interview. Keep your resume as short as possible preferably 2 pages or max 3. thats infact too much. Change the font to Times new roman and keep that standard, its good to highlight but dont do it too much. Keep the looks in mind and make sure that the hiring manager like to read rather bored. Hope you understand, you have a very good profile but too many companies in a very short span of time. Try scrapping some if possible hope you understood. Take a print out ask any of your friends to read it, you will be shocked to know the time taken to read your resume. It should too short since it is only 10sec HR spends on reading or short listing resume. I am a Marketing guy and i know the needs of HR. Scrap as much as possible and make it look simple, May be you san seek help from a professional resume writer Abdul Hi Abdul, Thanks for the reply 1). As u said to scrap some companies of short span, wouldn't be i miss some higher designated oppurtunities as some short span companies shows higher responsibilities.. 2).
