Hi All, I have taken a assignment in training to train people for a leading brand of coffee selling chain. I need to provide the trainees with a basic training. As the trainees we are dealing with are totally raw and are 12th pass. And rest of the training (Product Knowledge) would be provided by the company itself. My Challenges are - 1.
