Need to train and place employees - manpower requirement

Hi All,

I have recently joined a Training company, who have recently signed different processes in which we require people to be trained and placed in different companies. We required atleast 200 people every month with minimum qualification of 12th pass in Delhi and NCR

Is there any references who can provide us with the manpower. We are already using job portals, our marketing database but still are not able to cope with this number.

Kindly suggest?

As per your requirements. You can contact Engg. or MBA Institutes. The students anyways require a job. Try contacting these institutes. should help.
