Sales Executive .Even MBA freshers or diploma freshers are also welcomed. Grooming and fantastic communication skills are by default skills for any sales person.
Zonal Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager ( East, West, North , South ). A very hyperactive, dynamic, smart, also having managerial skills to control and guide the Sales Executives.Good personality and communication skills , Necessary to know atleast one major language of that particular zone. For East = Bengali, West = Marathi, North = Pure Hindi, South = Tamil and Kanada. All ZSMs should be MBA with 5 and more years of Experience . A go getter .He will be handling 4 to five states and is expected to know the regional language fluently.
Inventory Officer : (Location Manchar,62 kms away from Pune) : Incumbent should stay at Manchar. He should be atleast a Dip in Materials Management. He will play a key-role in implementing strategies and decision -making. Has to be aggressive. He should be capable of managing men and materials both. Good leadership qualities and Inter-personal skills required.He should be able to speak and understand Marathi well.He should have 2 -5 yrs of similar work experience .
HR Executive 
Location Manchar,62 kms away from Pune) : Incumbent should be a Dip in HRD or PG in HRD or MSW. He has to stay at Manchar .He should possess 2-5 yrs of experience in the same field.He should be able to speak and understand Marathi well. More than recruiting , he has to take care of training and development, performance appraisal and IR.He should be able to speak and understand Marathi well
HR Manager :
Location Manchar,62 kms away from Pune) Planning , Controlling ,designing modules, and all decisive and IR matters has to be taken care of by him. A necessarily MBA of MSW with 5 yrs and above exp in the field.He should be able to speak and understand Marathi well
