I am currently working at Bangalore for a top BPO as a Process trainer, handling soft skills, process trainings etc.. Now I am planning to get into Sales training & telecom doamin trainings. Before that I would like to take your opinions on how to get a trainer certification from a well recognised insittute? Are there any inst abroad from where I can get a certification?
