Subject - How is the salary paid during the probation periond

I would like to have public opinion on the above subject. My friend advises that you are paid on daily basis during the probation period i.e. even sunday are deducted. As per him this is the policy irrespective of Pvt. Limited company and Govt. Organization.

Dear sir/madam

We are looking for individuals who can work from home using internet.
The candidate should have internet faciliy at home & should have passion
towards using google to collect data.Data mining is the job profile.
MBA/Graduates who are freshers will be preffered.The individuals can earn high income based on
thier performance.
