It depends upon companies' nature of business & its operation. What the managment desires & expects a detailed note that can be exhibited thro' MIS Month after month if we keep on preparing this every body can become a master in this based on the output required by the management frfom time to time This is not a find faulting report but it will gives us like a graph where are we are standing in the business. If a budgeted company it will be a progress card. To the best of my knowledge Ihv prepared a sample which may be developed according to individula's taste,requirement Its a tracker data segregated by required Information rrom management to track the system on particular process It might differ from company to company, department to department, process to process. Its a columned and rowed tracker because you can also make graphs or charts easily and you can maths easily . Normally we use MS-Excel for this report there are some particular ERP and CRM Software which automatically does this work buy certain Input.
Hi Ranjan,your report is really helpful to me, i know MIS is entirely based on yr requirement or in a sense it should be customised , but we can always utilise a format as guideline to set up and customised based on one's requirement.
