Regards, Prabhakar.C Dear Chetan, I am total agreement with what you say, however getting into technicalities of the subject we often oversee a very general factor so to say the sixth sense ( Common Sense). When an employee complains of a personal problem or a family problem and is unable to perform due to these factors which Quotent should we use ? Do we still look at him as a Man Power ? Even good race horses go sick or are injured as is the case with donkeys. Can we ever expect a donkey to do a horse's job or vice versa ? Do we put those old timers to sleep?
