how to write business proposal to an international client. could any one suggest me.how to send a business proposal emails at beginning . in short and smart language or any templates if you guys can provide me .

Send brief profile of your company in following format:
• Name, address, phone, fax, email. Web site and contact person details.
• Year of establishment.
• Turnover in last three years. (Preferably in US$)
• Similar assignments carried out in last three years with satisfactory completion certificate.
• Write-up about strength of your company.
• If subject is known to you, you may write about your strategy and methodology.
• If you are asked to submit financial bid, you may work out the cost sheet and send your offer as per the terms.
I hope this will give you some basic guideline.

Dear Sandee;
You need to apply to Registrar of Companies (ROC) Office with Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA). You may avail service of your CA or CS or Consultant, who can provide service to register a company. Minimum two directors are required for Private Limited Company.
For your information:
An amendment of Company’s Act bill is under process with parliament and that may clear in this budget. Wait and see the amendments, if any. Most probably, instead of minimum two directors there will be only one director is proposed in the new bill.
