Dear Sandee; You need to apply to Registrar of Companies (ROC) Office with Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Article of Association (AOA). You may avail service of your CA or CS or Consultant, who can provide service to register a company. Minimum two directors are required for Private Limited Company. For your information: An amendment of Company’s Act bill is under process with parliament and that may clear in this budget. Wait and see the amendments, if any.
