Sales Action Plan for a new Set Up

Hi All,
We are in to the Business of Online Portals and we would be Launching a New Website from 1st September.I would like to know what should be the Immediate Action Plan for the Sales team and what should be done before 1st Septmeber by the Sales team...
I would like to know your suggestions and also if some one can share a Case study on how it was done and what was the Success ratio on that.

First and foremost a Good Sales Head should be recruited and post that customer profiling, communication strategy and reach needs to be taken care of.

a team formation is next improtant task.
