I3-soft is looking for Business Development Executive let me know if any consultant is available.

Position:Business Development Executive - Inside Sales
Location: Iselin NJ
Duration: long term project

Job Profile
  • Good Understanding about US market and identifying potential clients and initiating the business.
  • Responsible for Research, Lead Generation, Prospecting and Qualifying target accounts and to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Exceed the assigned monthly targets for qualified client interaction opportunities that include “request for information”, “request for meetings”, and generating follow up calls.
  • Managing the Business Development Campaigning through cold calling, e-mail campaigning etc.
  • Follow up on all inbound enquiries (Web, Phone) in a timely manner.
  • Identifying Potential clients through existing database.
  • Account Management - Work extensively with client sponsors regarding business expansion in the existing accounts. Augment existing database to support account specific marketing initiatives such as Campaigning management, Cross selling etc.
  • Provide feedback to the corporate / designated supervisor on customer needs and competitive market intelligence.

Skills required
  • 1+ to 3 years of Experience in IT Solution Selling, Enterprise Selling or Corporate Selling is desirable.
  • Required to be familiar with IT enterprising environments and the underlying technologies
  • Experience in a similar role in any of the top tier IT companies would be seen as advantage
  • Should have Good record in cold calling to generate qualified leads or Prospects.
  • Must be Proactive, Enthusiastic, highly self motivated, Goal oriented and Results-driven.
  • Must achieve the appointment goals assigned and help in building the sales Pipeline.
  • Must be task oriented and focused in approach to meet the timelines.
