Hi Friends,

I am working for a private company in Mumbai. We need new members in our Sales Team. Suggest me something which will help me fill these postions.

·Job title: Sales Executive
·Department: Sales (Mumbai)

·Report to: Sales Head
·Job purpose: The Sales Executive will work with the Sales Head to develop new business, prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate and win contracts.
·Job Responsibilities:

Key tasks:
üIdentify and make contact with potential customers
üRespond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers
üPrepare proposals and quotations for potential clients in liaison with Operations Head
üDeliver presentations of products at customer sites and at conferences and exhibitions
üMeet annual sales targets
üProduce monthly/weekly sales reports
üMaintain contact database with accurate, up-to-date contact and activity details
üProvide feedback from members and potential customers to enhance service performance
üMaintain contact with existing and potential customers to promote sales and deliver detailed account plans

Market research:

üAssist in the identification of opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products
üMonitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats
üUnderstand the market in which the company operates and how the company’s services are used within that market
üIdentify new markets, both geographical and by industry sector
üEnsure that company has an in depth understanding of the users and their ongoing needs

·Job specification

i.2-3 years related technical sales experience.
ii.A degree or equivalent in electronic/telecommunications or other related field.
iii.Good communication, customer service and writing skills.
iv.Able to communicate complex technical issues, with good presentation skills.
v.Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
vi.Self-motivated and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
vii.Good interpersonal skills.
