Job responsibilities:
1. Handling enquiries and distributing the leads to Sales team (Pre & Post Sales).
2. Coordination for the Construction, Sale Agreement, Tripartite agreement between the developer, customer & the Bank.
3. Sending Demand Letters to the bank as well as the customers.
4. Raising bills for the additional work in the site.
5. Maintaining the relationship with the existing customers & generating the lead for the same.
6. Attending Enquiries from the prospective customers and providing the project details through emails, telephones, and walk-ins.
7. Regular follow-up for the payment with the customers as well as with the bank executives.
8. Preparation of consolidated payment report.
9. Attending customer queries, handling complaints.
10. Coordinating with reputed banks for issuing the loans for the customers.
11. Sending the project details to the bank.
12. Getting loan sanction letter.
13. Interacting and convincing prospective customers.
14. Coordinating with the engineering team for modification/alterations as per customer requirements.
15. Maintaining customer data.
16. Coordinating with the legal department related to legal queries.
17. Coordinating with the Purchase & Accounts department for tiles, sanitary & material requirements.
18. Coordinating with accounts department for customers refund.
19. Facilitating clients for Site Visits.
20. Coordinating between the customers and the higher ups for smooth functioning of various day to day activities
21. Scheduled and maintained calendar of appointments, meeting. Coordinating and facilitating various meetings.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.Provide on-the-job training to new employees in the department.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS Minimum Graduate Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. And knowledge in CRM (Customer Relationship Management)Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to create, composes, and edits written materials. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.

OTHER DETAILS:
SALARY- 10 to 14k max per month. Joining: immediately Looking from people from the real estate / construction industry.
