| Zero Layoff Recession Thousands and thousands of employees have been victims of recession directly and indirectly. Laying off people is the easiest way to tackle the issue practiced by most of the corporate top managers. They do not solve this problem of repeated recessions from the root level. And recessions keep haunting the people again and again and lots of people lose their jobs causing severe trauma to them and their families.
