Send your latest resume and expectations at General Job Responsibilities : v To ensure that the Area of responsibility is managed efficiently, effectively and economically and on budget v Work and coordinate closely with ISSD Manager for improving the Key Performance areas there by increasing the company’s turnover v Play a proactive role and have an input into the business plan. Be aware of the key business activities and direct their team, through their individual objectives, to achieve those goals v Ensure emergency cover/contact is available at all times v Sets and manages client expectations v Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions v Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships v Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization and objectives v Encourages more junior team members to take responsibility for their development within SAB v Complies with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures of SAB within the team v Identifies business development and add on sales v Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping and profitability assessments v Facilitates team, client and management meeting’s effectively v Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Regards, Girish
