I presume you are the Area manager and you have to assess the training needs of your team members. If you have in house training programs get a list from HR and mark suitable training programs in Marketing, Sales and Behavioral science.

You must know in which area your assistants need training. If there are no inhouse programs you can find out from your HR about external sources and the description of Training. After assessing the needs you must send a request to HR dept. for organizing the training.

Pl keep in mind you can impart best trg and refresh your team members if the training period is about 2 to 5 days. But schedule to send them each at different times and not all at once. PL NOTE THAT IT IS YR RESPONSIBILITY FIRST TO IDENTIFY THE NEEDS. HR can only help you further.
