| The KHLT Workshop is based on an exciting fusion of experiential theatre & power-yoga learning systems. It is interactive fun, totally experiential and is the perfect way to help identify the barriers that are in the way of one's personal expression modes & effective communication and how such shortcomings can be eliminated and bring a positive approach to life. Methodology centres around : Theatric Activities, Play acting and Power-yoga with Breathing & Meditation.
