The KHLT Workshop is based on an exciting fusion of experiential theatre & power-yoga learning systems. It is interactive fun, totally experiential and is the perfect way to help identify the barriers that are in the way of one's personal expression modes & effective communication and how such shortcomings can be eliminated and bring a positive approach to life.

Methodology centres around : Theatric Activities, Play acting and Power-yoga with Breathing & Meditation.
These involve 1) Ice breakers 2) Energy games 3) Concentration games 4) Imagination and Awareness 5) Team Building and 'Awareness of others' 6) Emotions, environment & reactions 7) Status & Character games Freeze Images - these are drama based. 9) Power-yoga stances coupled with certain Sound and Rhythm explorations and breathing techniques. And meditation for better clarity, thinking & visualization. for physical, mental, emotional & spiritual balance and health stimulations
