| Can anyone please help me how to issue duplicate relieving letter? One of our employee worked in the company 5 years ago and he requested duplicate copy of relieving letter. I am doubtful what is the date should I mention on the letter, current date or should I issue the letter with back date? (5 Years back? I wasn't even working here then). Or should I mention it on the letter that it's a second copy, if so how? Any sample would be greatly appriciated. Thanks.
