Manage the sales team effectively to acheive sales as per set target including insurance financial services and accessory selling . Enhance knowledge skill and attitude levels of sales team such that they are able to excel both in showroom / feild selling and exemplary customer service. Plan and review all activites pertaining to sales and marketing and provide constructive feedback to the team members to improve sales . Enable generation of sustainable number of enquires in the market and guide the team to increase the conversion ratio. Ensure customer satisfaction and acheive sales satisfaction index-work towards being within the top ten dealerships in south india. Sales planing and review. Facilitate feild sales process. Implementation of principle sales process. Induction and periodical training. Accessory sales. Financial and insurance sales. Team development.
