To ensure higher up sell efficiency with sharper targeting, faster campaign creation and execution allowing higher throughput / time saving and systematic tracking of campaigns enabling precise customer profiling and improved target selection Hub Business SPOC for all National Initiatives pertaining to BI & Campaign Management platform/capability development, Functionality/platform rollout, Circle user Training, Operational consistency etc Customer Retention and maximise 'Customer Life Cycle Value Also, CSD policy strategising including service marketing, Campaign management and retention execution is CRM responsibility however backend and Service marketing execution would remain CSD responsibility Job Responsibilities: Grow revenue from usage of All Products Retention of the customer base through a stronger value proposition Maintain a healthy product mix to ensure target achievement on financial KPIs & manage price ratio Periodic analysis of behavior of customer usage in varied segments of the market Forecasting Gross Subscribers, Grace & Churn, Revenue for the preparation Annual Operating Principles Managing the pricing approval process Monitoring daily MoUs (Outgoing / Incoming) different components - Local, STD and ISD usage Periodic root cause analysis of increase or decrease in usage to ascertain the cause of movement and to understand the customer behavior Daily Tracking of Prepaid Revenue – decrement & processing fees Database management , PPTs and Analysis for entire TN Cicle AON Wise, Hub Wise analysis for Post Paid and Pre -Paid retentions MIS & Analytics.
