hi, i am ravikanth an executive search profesisonal based at Bangalore. i have a Career Opportunity with my Client, a $4 billion IT Services conglomerate offering services across the globe for a Sales Trainer to be based at Mumbai/Pune. The role is to train the Sales Force for the india region specifically in the B2B(Key Account Domain)

As a Sales Trainer, you ensure that each sales person’s performance contributes to the business goals of the company. You are comfortable delivering key messages to an audience of varying seniority and handling objections or questions with credibility. You have proven experience in a Sales role and/or delivering training to a Sales audience and easily build trust and credibility with your internal customers. You are a strong team player, specifically demonstrating an eagerness to support sales colleagues to impact business. You possess strong business acumen, are an excellent communicator and have experience training / managing / coaching a high-performing business team.
  • Drive business team’ performance through Training Delivery and coaching; pursue performance areas that directly support the company’s bottom line.
  • Conduct needs analyses; identify, acquire, and/or develop appropriate training materials; and conduct training on the group and individual level.
  • Design and Deliver new-hire training program and refresher trainings.
  • Work with Sales / Business teams / Managers for maintaining a finger on the pulse of the business environment and updating training to keep pace with the dynamic market.
  • Work with the sales management teams in identifying employees who have specific training needs, developing relevant training programs, and tracking their performance
  • Aide in developing the appropriate sales processes relevant to B2B IT/Technology/ telecom business environment.
This role is a FULL TIME POSITION will impart and deliver sales training programs. Candidates with 6-14 years of experience with experience in coaching a sales team in the B2B environment for atleast 3 years may apply. write to me on
