Looking forward for suggestions in regard to marketing strategies

Dear Seniors and respected Community members,

My name is Birendra and being new to the corporate world I am seeking your advice.

I have got a call from a company for interview for which the candidate must possess and efficient in the below mentioned skills:

- Strike alliances/ Tie-ups / Joint Promos to enhance cost efficiencies and promote products
- Sell Vouchers to corporate on a regular basis
- Conceptualize and implement local sales promotion activities- Implementation of Marketing and Brand Strategies
- Understand the market volume and propose strategies to increase market share
- Ability to handle pricing & new product launches.
- Facilitation of generation of consumer insights, and driving strategic consumer communication for the brand
- Formulation/implementation of Incentive schemes for sales personals

Can anybody please help me out as to what are the steps or ideas we need to keep in mind or how can we answer such questions.
