We urgently require a Marketing and Branding manager from the Restaurant or Fast food industry.

Job Designation : Manager – Marketing & Branding

Reporting to: Managing Director,

Company: Correa Hotels Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Malad, Mumbai

Company Description: We are a chain of Chinese and South East Asian cuisine specialty restaurant that offers delicious, hygienic, original, genuine, healthy and varied dishes. With a fast growing presence in the Western Suburbs and spreading fast to locations within Mumbai, outside Mumbai and the Middle East. Aided with a powerful vision and strong finances we have successfully expanded to three outlets since 2009 with around 60 employees and projected to be 400 employees by end of 2011. We are experiencing change at a fast pace which includes a complete makeover so that we can position itself as a Global Leader in the restaurant business.

Expected CTC range : Rs 5.5 lacs to Rs. 7.5 lacs

Experience: 4.5 to 6.5 years (Preferably experience in the Restaurant or Fast-food chain industry)

Education: Graduate and MBA Marketing (From a Level II or III institute)

Important Orientation required: The candidate should have the passion to make an organization grow its Brand Equity as well as deploy marketing strategies with a quick Turn Around Time. He/She should be entrepreneurial in nature and be ready to sweat the small stuff as well as think big! Since the job would involve first in setting up the Marketing team, systems and processes, the candidate should be open to trying out new methods and implementing them in shorter durations. Be flexible enough with a start-up set up and be able to think big.

Job Responsibilities:

* Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote outlets and value propositions, working with advertising and promotion managers.
* Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
* Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
* Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
* Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
* Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
* Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
* Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
* Coordinate and participate in promotional activities, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
* Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to specifications.
* Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
* Gather and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
* Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals.
* Confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising media, or product to be advertised.
* Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
* Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
* Plan and execute advertising policies and strategies for organizations.
* Develop and maintain the company's corporate image and identity, which includes the use of logos and signage.
