I'm the new user for this forum and I really appreciated the way the people share their knowledge and experience.
Friends, Does any one came across the situation like the situation I'm facing in my organization. Please help me with your experience and valuable suggestions.
Currently I'm working in a IT service providing company as a Business Development Associate ( As they mention in appointment letter) , initially I did the field work for their new product later they change my job profile to inside sale and then the coordinator to inside sale team simultaneously I used to work for bring the business through phone.
My Problem is I work for almost 10 months under different heads, and I haven't got the confirmation latter, when I asked to the Hr manager she said she need a confirmation about my work from the reporting manager, when I asked for my current reporting manger to mail the Hr for issuing the confirmation letter He directly told that he is not my reporting manager, this statement made me shock and I was totally blank. later I informed to the Hr manager he was talking about some one else under whom i did not work yet.
So pleas suggest me how to tackle this situation and what do I do...
