Why companies have marketing positions opened from several months but not hiring and every time new consultants approaches for same position again and again. Whats happening in industry afterall. Can u have answer?

Because the companys expecting soo much from an mba grad.for ex: Convincing the customer...the industry s improving a lot now a days . If they want to hire you only two things
1) extremely talented
2) strong ref

ya u r right, in recent companies scenario, only Strong Reference and highly talented will get placed in big companies
