I'd like to know about Calculating ROI for the activities done for a Phrama product???

Dear Friend,
ROI Calculation.

Total Investment-total benifits\total investment*100
E.g.:-

distributor purchase goods for Rs. 100,000
End of month he Earn rs. 110,000 (principal amount + income)

100,000-110,000/100,000*100
=110,000-100,000
=10,000/100,000
=0.1*100
=10%

so Its ROI is 10%

one thing more this is FMCG funda for ROI, I dont know About pharma. I think both will same.

Hi Saurabh.
In every sector ROI measuring formula is same.
A simple way to calculate roi
ROI= Total investment - Total benefit
or
ROI in percentage(%)=(Total Investment-total benefits)/total investment*100

Am looking to start a small juice business, my products are in very high demand. in my market research I sold 200 juice in 5 shops visited in under 3 hours any tips in how I should approach this start up would be very good, even partnership in and around London would be consider as am a full time student at university at the moment
