Our agency is registered under the Shops and Establishment Act and also required to follow the wage structure laid by the Security Guard Board from time to time. The minimum wages act is more beneficial to the workers. In Government Notification dated 28th March 1990 and 20th Jan 1997. We are listed at sr. 21 and also in notification no SGA-15 2003/(4/1-S1)Lab5 dated 25/7/03. Also we are licensed under the PSARA (Private Security Agency Regulation ACT 2005) by the Jt Commissioner Mumbai Police

Risk & responsibility: we shall be responsible for the following:
Checking all incoming/outgoing materials and vehicles.
Controlling the movements of workers/visitors and unauthorized persons enters the premises.
Assistance in case of strikes/labour unrest.
Search of all workers.
All police liaison
To assist in fire fighting arrangements.
Terms & Conditions You will not hire our employees directly without our prior permission.
Initial Contract will be for one year, which can be terminated or extended by giving one-month notice by either side in writing.
BENEFITS: - SSS personnel’s will not be the member’s of the union of your company. Their pay, P.F, E.S.I.C., Gratuity, Bonus, Leave, Medical, Absenteeism and Uniform ECT are …NOT YOUR PROBLEMS.
They will work for you in accordance with your instructions but will be paid and looked after by us.
