Subject - Outsourcing of Marketing Job - Good option or Bad? dear jayesh outsourcing of sales & marketing is not at all a bad option but the click is that you can not completely rely on the third party for these vertical;you have to have control on daily leads basis from the outsourced firm.but yes this is same as outsourcing your recruitment part but along with handling all the sales and marketing vertical. And it is good as it can generate more sales because the party which will be handling your sales & marketing would be also be handling others project at the same time so might they can create sales in their own basket if they do have many projects. And yes it is chance for the new entrepreneurs to start working on this part so that they can help mid size companies and should take advantage of increasing business.
