If any retail chain or company is interested to train their managers on this module, they can avail of my services. The duration is for a day. Roughly the programme will have following contents: a) Understanding various costs associated with the retail store b) How to calculate the lead time c) How to categorise merchandise? How to classify merchandise within various categories? d) How to do Sales Forecast? e) How to fulfil demand of the store under space constraint f) How to define minimum stock, maximum stock, safety stock etc. g) How to use Planogram? h) How to measure store efficiency?
