I am Islam Khan Mansure, completed PGDM / MBA in Marketing along with Masters in Computer Management (MCM) Course From Sinhgad Institute Of Management, Vadgaon (Bk), Pune in 2010.

I am a BCA graduate along with DCHN (Diploma in computer and hardware networking) course.

I have well academic technical background with 2 years 3 months work experience into sales & Marketing, out of which 1 Year 3 months into ERP Software sales.

I am good into the Software development part, flowchart development (SDLC, DFD, UML etc), but I don’t want to go for it because I cannot utilize my managerial skills,
I am very good into the sales but I don’t want to do it for lifetime because in sales every time there is target and your performance is only based on target completion
even I cannot utilize my all skills very well.

I am confused in which job profile I have to choose whether pre sales, business analysis, or consultant.

Or I don’t know much more jobs and there works in Software Development companies
Where I can utilize my skills for IT company growth.
