Need help

Subject - Need help
Dear Seniors,
I have an exp of 4.5 yr in sales and training but now facing a problem in my career,currently working with a company as a Trainer from last six month but now management is forcing me to do the sales but i want to be the hard core trainer.
Please suggest that if i will give any interview then how can i justify this short term experience??

you can justify with the same, and in term of the current market scenario looking sales & sales trainers. probably you have to try your best.
