I have just started a wheat flour business. I have my own manufacturing unit. I m thinking of appointing sales agents area wise. The product would be sold to sales agent and sales agent further sell it to the local retailers in his area. For delivery to retailers, transportation would be from manufacturer's side. My question is :
1. Does this type of sale process become successful in local market(Home city) or it is suitable only for remote areas?
2. Is there any other channel system for the product sale in local market?
