For marketing Gurus

Subject - For marketing Gurus
Hi,
I am running a small company providing IT services in Delhi/NCR. .Over the last 5 yrs, i've realised that we need a brand since in absence of a brand, credibility of the company is often a road block in our sales.
So, we thought of opting Radio FM. Can somebody please tell, whether it will help and if yes, then ideally how many no. of times should the ad be broadcasted and approximately how much time would it take to bear actual returns. Also, which channel to opt for and anything else to be taken care of while going into it?
Please help as we have to go out of our way to make this investment.

Thanx,
Karuna

Hi,

Could you please mention what are the IT services that you undertake, based on which we can decide on the Brading strategy.

these services are that of providing technical support to people who are novice in computers. Our services target the masses and though anybody can benefit from them, our most prospective customers are businessmen belonging to SMEs who wish to be independent in handling their day to day processes in computers.

i am no GURU, in this field but would like to share my thoughts...Since as you said its the brand Recognisition that you are trying to achieve and you want to have mind share on the awareness front......i personally feel that you should not go for FM, or any of the ATL plateform....rather try some small but effective things.

First identify your target segment, then plan to go further. You will find many oher effective ways to make your brand recognized.

you can register on on line call helps like that of 01122222222 (in delhi NCR), depending on your target customer you can go for other activities that will help your brand known to the trget base.........use of any mass media at this point of time is not suited cos of the investment it requirs and it might not be right to go for any promotional effort without research.

thx Avinash, You are right but you replied too late.
Now that I've spent a good amount for ads in fm in the last 2 months, i realized that its no good. Had you replied earlier, you could have saved me this loss. Thanx anyways

karuna
