I had attended the interview in your company with much anticipation and eagerness to be able to work for a renowned firm like ................ However, I am really sorry to say that I will not be able to join your company for now.

I have .............(give them a reason for not accepting). So I hope you will understand my situation and accept my apology.

Thank you once again for considering me for this post in your well-established office. Hope I will have your blessings with me.

Yes. I agree with the Ciprina format given for regret letter. Its polite way of expressing the view and meanwhile given the reason also to support you for not joining a company.
