Don't get disheartened by the response to your posting....many people follow window shopping strategy. They might find the title of your posting very interesting and enter. Later they realize its not for them or they are in a wrong place....so they don't respond. Collecting updated details of BD Professionals -Like , Name, sector, domain, service area, exp., company name, mail ID, contact # to set data base. 2. Finding convenient place to maximum members of this BD Pool and setting a get together (Phase-1) Also I would like to add your thoughts, since just I have furnished my own views. To set an effective BD Pool the entire BD Family has to join hands.
