Hii, I am Working with one pvt.ltd.co.in pune from last 5 years, but from last three years they are harrasing me ,, not given satisfied increment, but still i am working with them. But this year height of the performance apprisal - Employer/mgt given me transfer to other location in low salary . Oraly had meeting with them they are telling to accept the same or submit resignation what to do? I am married & having 2 children & now they are trying to pressure me to resign. The mgt is very cheep minded. how to take action on them ? what to do ?
