There has been an Orientation meeting scheduled in near future for all our new sales and field mangers from all over India . As an HR we have to brief the new joinees about the Co.policy and the applicable Rules and norms etc. I wanted to include some part of motivational training and developmental aspects. I request all the respected cite professionals to provide me some inputs about the topics, litratures etc. We can brainstorm on this also. A doctor will always call himself Doctor and not by any other name, same applies to lawyer. Sales is a profession and as long as u dont take pride in being a salesman it woud amount to insulting your own professin. So guys start calling yourself salesman irrective of designatin your company gives. Intorduce yourself as Salesman.
