You will be initially entrusted with the responsibility of handling agency’s existing clients. You are fully responsible for servicing those clients right from business development to collection of payment.

Represent the agency on a day-to-day basis to the Client.

Receiving and discussing briefs on jobs from / with the Client and briefing the Creative accordingly.

Daily review of job status with the Management.

Briefing media, press as well as electronic, ensuring monitoring of media plan.

Ensure that estimate approvals, billing and payment collection happen on time.

Responsible for all jobs from start till finish, ensuring, quality, accuracy and that they are delivered on time.

Min Qualifications :
Graduate or post graduate in advertising / PR / journalism / mass communications, or
BBA / MBA / PGDBM with Marketing as Major.

Other Requirements :
Meeting new people everyday is something that you always enjoy.

Must be willing to travel on your own as and when required to meet outstation clients.

Should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Should be a go-getter. Ability to interact with people in English, Bengali and Hindi languages is a must.

You must have a pleasing personality and should be smart, self-confident, proactive, result-oriented and a self-starter.

You need to be a computer-savvy as well as a net-savvy person. Proper knowledge of Windows and MS Office is required. Can make PowerPoint presentation and prepare documents on MS Word on your own. Working knowledge of DTP softwares will be of immense help.

Should have the willingness to learn on-the-job. Can work for long hours, in pressure cooker situations in the demanding and competitive world of advertising & communications.

Should not be a job hopper who tends to keep changing jobs every 3-4 months just for the sake of earning a few more bucks. One who’s willing to grow with the company and firmly believes in the philosophy “It’s more important what you learn than what you earn in the initial years of your career”.

Has to be a permanent resident of Calcutta.

Min Experience :
No prior experience is required but you should strictly meet the above-mentioned criteria. People from other professions need not apply.

Any Other Requirement :
Preference will be given if you are a resident of Salt Lake, New Town, Lake Town, Baguihati, DumDum or VIP Road.

Appointment :
You shall be appointed as a trainee for an initial period of 12 months. On completion of training, appointment shall be given for a min period of 2-3 years depending on the performance and evaluation.
