Can anybody provide me with a sample of a "Legal Bond" that is made to be signed by an employee before sending him (or taking him along) for any further training or exposure to the international market.
(The bond should have a legal condition which specifies that he is neither entitiled to leave the job till certain time period after coming back from the trip nor is he supposed to join another organisation of the same industry/sector).

hi vinita even i ve signed both bonds...the first one to stay with the co for a particular time period...and the next one is secracy bond..whrere in i cannot join the organization in the same industry..for five years.
