For example there are many web marketing companies in India they have a knowledge base of web technology which is stagnant. When they customisation for the clients comes they are stuck badly because they have only concentrated in marketing but not on knowledge utilsation and innovation. So are many software solution provider they have used good marketing technique to get business but when they get the account they are unable to provide effective cusomisation because of their limited knowledge and innovation
