Hi Customer Service Professionals
Some of you might be interested in tuning your email response management.I'm attaching a few Ppts for training email response customer support reps.
In my opinion,writing to a customer has unique challenges.It is tougher than voice support.Writing to a customer suiting his needs and preferences is the most difficult task before customer response managers.
I welcome your views and ideas on the subject.
