To recognize donkey a donkey and horse a horse is the responsibility of a team leader. Sometimes white skin horse, thinks himself a donkey. The team leader need to show him his real face. But remember donkeys are rarely converted in to horse, so if some one has that patient and zeal to experiment, it is fine. But these days most companies prefer to buy horses with good price. But some company buy donkeys at lower price and expect work of horse and finally go frustrated and blame on others.

Do we still look at him as a Man Power ?
Even good race horses go sick or are injured as is the case with donkeys. Can we ever expect a donkey to do a horse's job or vice versa ?
