sanjeevraajPlease specify the product for me give my suggestion.Normally Quantity Purchase Scheme (QPS) for a fixed duration say ... for a quarter should attract trade and will also help in roping in the participants for a longer duration in the scheme. The purchase made is recorded in a card a copy of the same is maintained at the participant's level also for party to keep their of achievement . To bring in more consistency in sales participants beating monthly target and also the quarter's target should be given additional incentive.

I have already implemented the normal QPS where additional discount was given on achievement of the target, now i am planning for more innovative ideas, which will lure the retail trade and increase participation. The product in which I am planning the scheme is biscuits and chips.

it will entirely depend on your budget and profile of the your retailers and the region they belong to. Study your retailer and distributor profile normally they are interested in foreign or domestic tours.
We had implemented foreign tours for completion of budget and it worked well with us.
